Chess ICT Customer Service Representative interview questions

This was a internal interview. I applied for the Job when I saw a email go around the office about positions available, and then had a face to face interview with the MD of Ebillz and another account manager.

Interview held within 48 hours of receipt of CV. Great intro with potential manager. Standard questions nothing out of the ordinary as this is essentially to sound out capability and suitability. Had second interview with Head of Sales immediately after, more challenging with probing into personality and previous experience. The questions are direct however not rude in my view.
