Overall not a bad experience. Met with the recruiter and several engineers on the team. An all day interview with multiple people. Everyone was really friendly. Position was for Bakersfield, California.

The questions are primarily behavioral, with a little emphasis on technical skills if you’re entering for a higher up role. They have a list of questions by category (teamwork, handling conflict, etc.) that they will ask from.

Background check, drug screening, phone call with global HR asking basic questions and 45 minute interview with a 3 person panel of interviewers where 4-5 questions were asked. Whole process took a couple months.

Numerous rounds , very technical , had to fly to training centre for numerous interviews and also extensive medicals. They ask for a lot of life experience and company fit questions
