In person interview followed by Microsoft Word, Excel, grammar tests. Followed up with references listed in application process. You interview directly with who you would be reporting to if hired.
Applied online and interviewed in person years ago, standard interviews. Then did tests in Excel, MS Word, spelling, etc. Will check your references for accuracy, background check, etc. Everyone is friendly really nothing to worry about.
