Chicago Contemporary Preschool interview questions

Had a video interview with the director. Felt it was very transparent. We discussed everything from what the job was going to be to diversity and inclusion and gave examples of how past situations were handled. I was invited to the school to talk to the teachers about what it was like to work there as well as just observe the class and how they run the classroom.
