Interviewed in a separate office, not the main restaurant. Interview was quick, maybe less than 10 minutes. Standard questions (strengths, weaknesses, tell me about yourself, etc.). Filled out and signed a paper regarding my availability. Reached out to me 2-3 days after the interview.
