two steps, first with someone from corperate and then operator. First one is just a screen telling you what to expect and second one is where they get to knowyou.
It was quick and easy they were nice and easy to talk to. They made me feel comfortable. They asked me a lot of questions. They focused on customer service and how to be polite
Typical interview. Nothing exciting. Basic questions were asked. I’m kind of glad I didn’t get the job because the location I wanted to work at is always short staffed. But it was a very easy interview.
