Chinese Swimming Club interview questions

Sucky, unpleasant experience. Poor leadership. Judgemental company. Lousy Human Resource practises led. Asked unrelated questions, prive into personal information and being judged. Overall not a good experience would advised not to join them even though the building is nice and new. People like interviewers sucks.

Short interview process - total 2 rounds. Was offered the job, but HR was unable to meet the salary requirement. I asked to review the package and followed up with HR after a week and was told that they will not consider me anymore. A bit unprofessional as I did not reject the offer though they are unable to meet my salary expectations. Just wanted to review the overall package before I decide.
