After an intense few weeks of interviews, there was no communication from HR for over four months. It was very frustrating as the specialists and HR assumed that one could drop everything to be available for them, but the consideration of your time was dismissed completely. A horrendous experience for a company that is perceived to be the best.
We are really sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience during the recruitment process.
It has been a busy time due to the sales season but we acknowledge that our communication was lacking and this is not acceptable.
We aim to respond to the candidates within a reasonable time frame and we always have a member of the team contactable for candidate enquiries.
