I heard about job posting from a friend of mine. I called the agency to ask for more details. Since it is a small, family-owned travel agency they scheduled an appointment immediately and asked me to come the day after to speak to CEO (who is also a Hiring Manager). The next day I dressed up (not formally, though), showed up, kicked the interview and oral testing and got the job. They told me I did well but that they will inform me about their final decision by phone, which they did the day after.
