Interview
15 minute pitch of the company, who they are, what they do, services they provide. 45-50 minute conversation where interviewer asked competency and scenario-based questions. A lot of back and forth with a comfortable enough environment. I was given the capacity to ask all of my own questions, one of which the interviewer couldn't actually answer due to lack of knowledge (despite me needing to know so much for the initial pitch)!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ciptex (Manchester, England)
Interview
I went through three stages of a four-stage interview with this company a couple of years ago and decided to withdraw before the final round. From the very first stage, I had a negative impression. I chose not to continue, even though I had passed all earlier stages.
