Group interview where we introduced ourselves and why we were suitable for the roles offered. The group was about 15 people and dressed very professionally. I was not dressed appropriately so that was awkward.

Very short, probably Interviewer was learning. After long wait, Interviewer asked only 3-4questions, and resume was also not pre-reviewed. No clarity on Job description or position. Tey were only concerned on the fact that company is very high standards but actually it was the opposite

Interview
I did not have any experience in Call Centre operations. I applied through a reference given by a friend to Citrus group. Citrus Group has many clients with whom they will consider your candidature once you make the initial shortlist. You may either be placed directly on the rolls of the client or with Citrus as a Temp. You need to introduce yourself and clarify your interest in the position. This will be followed by a Group activity on Customer Service Scenarios.
