My interview was an opportunity for the CEO to talk about how great he is. We sat in a conference room where he proceeded to show me a powerpoint presentation (that had typos) about the company. He talked the entire time about himself. He asked me very few questions.
We understand that not all work experiences are positive and we appreciate candid feedback. But one thing that is not ok is a disgruntled former employee that chooses to smear an ex-employer by writing and posting fake reviews and interviews in an attempt to get revenge or payback after a termination. Please note that our CEO does not manage interviews with developer hires and also does not show PowerPoint (the P's are capitalized) presentations during an interview.
