The entire process has been extremely smooth, well-structured, and professionally managed from beginning to end. The HR team has been highly efficient, responsive, supportive, and proactive in providing clear communication and timely assistance throughout every stage.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clarify (Reading) in Oct 2025
Interview
It took at least 3 initial interviews via videomeetings with the recruiter, 1 phone call to check the capability to speak the required language for the job, another phone call to clarify (LOL) all their concerns about my psychological assessments (2 very long assessments) and 1 final interview in person in their office in reading (quite far from me). despite I dedicated an excessive amount of time they just sent me a generalistic email rejection with no real explanation of why I was discarded (especially after I had exactly the expericence required for the role). Do not waste too much of your time with them and try to not to go in person for the final interview unless you are almost sure they are really interested. Another hilarious thing is that hey keep a secret until the last stage about which company you will be representing (like if it was a state secret). I do not recommend this company, they are just time wasters.
Last but not least: they invite you to meet in person (after many steps of the hiring process) even before to know if they have the budget to pay you (on behalf of their customer) despite you invested time and (a lot of) money in commuting (they are located in the middle of nowhere) for nothing. make yourself a favour, avoid these time wasters
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clarify in Mar 2025
Interview
Pretty straightforward, 2 rounds
Discussion around your experience, what you can bring to the company, how you deal with rejection etc
If you're confident and motivated, they will hire you
