Clarivoy interview questions

Applied online and saw they viewed my profile a dozen times but I never heard a response. I then reached out personally to several executives and got a phone interview and was very excited for it. It was a very brief interview, where the hiring manager didn't show much interest and basically ended, we need to drum up more business before we can hire you. So there were no opening yet they kept the opening online? That was the number one red flag. The second red flag was I noticed none of the executives came from an automotive background. This is very troubling as automotive is nowhere near your typical corporate 9-5. It takes working in that industry to understand the complexities of it. The third and final red flag was several of the people I did connect with on LinkedIn have left the company since. As the only job review here described, it seemed like a lack of experience, lack of understanding of the industry and on the whole a company that just isn't growing. The executives from what I heard own a separate company and perhaps that side of the business is more profitable and where they channel most of their efforts to currently.
