I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Clark Rubber (Hawthorn) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was quite thorough. It began with a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting with the GM of Marketing. After that, I had a Microsoft Teams interview with the CEO, and finally a follow-up phone conversation with the development team. Overall, the process went reasonably well, and I was subsequently given a verbal job offer. However, only a few hours later the offer was retracted, without any clear explanation from the company.
