Couple of phone remote interviews the two more with leadership on-site first one had a plant tour. Then one at the director level. Fairly long but for the position it's ok
Learned about opportunity through recruiter via LinkedIn. After recruiter screen, a few weeks later had a brief phone call with HM to schedule an on-site visit and interview. Style of interview was conversational and somewhat casual. Second round interview was via MS Teams with HM and skip level, similar type of interview style as conversational and limited to no behavioral type questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Specific past-experience in waste water or hazardous chemical treatment. Question should almost be a screening question at the recruiter or HM phone screen level. Company considers general management and business acumen as qualitative consideration, but the impression I got from the interview process is the truly want to hire from within the specific industry they operate in.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clean Harbors (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Once I was hired it was quick process I met with the VP and then moved on to the regional level. Only had 2 interviews before I was hired. This is worse than the interview.
