Interviewed with a woman on the phone who was absolutely lovely, then I interviewed with a two person panel that was absolutely awful. The interview was scheduled for an hour and they both asked me questions the woman on the phone already asked me. This took about 10 minutes. Then they told me they would give me an overview of what the day to day would look like, and I could ask questions about that. I thought it was odd, but I went with it. I asked questions about the queue for the different contracts we would be reviewing, and whether they had a standard response for most questions, or if you had to go state by state, and a few more questions. Then they said it was supposed to be interactive and it was my turn to ask questions about the company. I asked questions, and they gave very short answers. I tried to incorporate my experience and how it would be applicable to their answers and they frowned every time I did that. So I figured I should just stick to asking questions. I asked as many as I could possibly think of without being intrusive and there was 25 minutes left. I have never had an interview where I was supposed to ask all of the questions. I almost immediately got rejected.
