Clearance.ae interview questions

They contacted me and set an interview date (2-3 pm), I waited at the specified time for about 50 minutes then I reached out to them again and they informed me that the interview will start after 30 minutes. After two hours and a half of waiting, they apologized for the delay, and ghosted me afterwords with no explanation. No respect for time and I am professional behavior.
