The interview to register with them was really relaxed, I was made to feel it was more a chat than an interview. Everything was explained to me and I was told who my contact would be within the agency and how to contact them.
Lack of communication between hiring personnel and potential job candidates. After multiple correspondence with the company (them asking for availabilities to discuss role over the phone) over a 3 week period, I have given up chasing them

Interview
The interview process had a first and second interview. The process was very straight forward. I was interviewed by 3 members of the company and they all took turns to ask me questions and gave me time to respond. Very polite and made me feel confident.
