Overall a very pleasant interview process with in-person conversations.
For the technical interview they proposed talking about a personal project or making a case they would provide.
There was no personality test you had to do. Instead they had a personal interview with you to gauge the fit for the company and how you are as person.
The interviewers were kind and down to earth.

One question was if I saw myself reaching a goal alone or waiting for others to catch up.

Interview
Very slow and unprofessional. I had to wait for 2 months and the interviewers were inexperienced and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. it was hard to figure out the vision for the company, their processes and the specific role I was interviewing for.
