It was a really smooth interview process. Initially I had a conversation with a recruiter who reacted out after applying for the role. Gave a strong breakdown of the role and realistic expectations. This then progressed to a first stage Team interview. It was a great process in learning more about the role and what to expect day to day, talking about my current experiences and how they align with the role. The next stage was a face-to-face interview to go into more detail on my experiences and how I handle myself day to day for the role.
