It is a great interview with top ranking officials from the company, Discussions involves carreer goals, personality traits and work experience. Overall good expierence and no stiffness is felt in the interviews. It is a very comfortable process.

Interview
Interview was a mix of technical and personal questions. Personal questions were related to handling support situations and working with other employees. Technical questions far exceeded what you'd expect of Tier 1 support. They really want someone with much more expertise. They said they'd call back with or without an offer. That was two weeks ago, I never received any further communication.
