The process took 3 weeks. I got placed through my University. Completed an online test, then had an hour long technical interview. Lots of questions were related to technology especially Java and C++.

The process was mostly technical. There was a one hour written test with few multiple choice questions and few programming questions. Questions were related to Java classes, functions, C++, pointers, .Net(if you chose .net instead of java)
The personal interview round was a tough one. It felt more like showing off their knowledge as compared to testing mine.
