Far too many steps in interview process looking for a negative instead of a positive outlook. 5 Interview steps in total, i would not do this again as it takes alot of time and preparation. For one in particular i was due to have a call from the HR manager day before a technical interview seemingly going to give me a heads up on expectations etc. I didn't get that call and went to the interview expecting to go over the task they had set out for me which was writing code, executing tests, analyzing tests and then writing detailed reports and findings. This is what i prepared for as this was mentioned previously this would be the next step only to be blindsided by an infrastructure guy asking all sorts of questions almost irrelevant to a performance testers usual understanding.
