I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Clutch (MD) in Dec 2020
Interview
A complete waste of time. They never got back to me despite leaving a voicemail that my interview results were in. A very strange interview too. We had a mandatory group call with the CEO where he talked about how much he travels for the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had to answer basic analytical questions about their ranking system. I.e. whether a flat rate of pay or project-based rate is better
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Clutch (MD) in Feb 2021
Interview
Very strange. They told me to call them a few hours after my interview for the results and never picked up. I tried calling them many times and they never got back to me.

Question 1
They gave me a chart of commission rates and asked me to do mental math
I applied online. I interviewed at Clutch (MD) (Washington, DC) in Apr 2021
Interview
I went into this Zoom interview with not really any expectations. I, with 25 other potential candidates, entered a Zoom call with the CEO of the business (red flag #1). He told us about the business in more vague terms and how they work with Fortune 500 companies, like Comcast. They said they "were incredibly selective and received hundreds of applications, weeding out the best 200 candidates for this position." (red flag #2) He instructed us to fill out a survey, (yes, this meeting could've been an email. red flag #3) and according to the responses, they would then narrow down the candidates to 20 people. They called me immediately and wanted to talk to me for a second round interview. I asked if the interview would be 1:1. The caller said that I would be interviewed along with another candidate (red flag #4)
By the end there were so many red flags, I thought a color guard group was going to join the Zoom call. I would later come to find out, that that means selling Comcast to others outside places of business. So Clutch works with Comcast in the same sense that I work with Nabisco, because I occasionally buy Oreos.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
No questions. Absolutely none. The only thing I had to do was fill out a survey that contained the following questions:
How do you define leadership?
