Interview
The recruiter round was quite professional but the hiring manager was not ready and seemed so nonchalant. According to him, he was in Zurich or some city in Europe and it was hot there. He was all over the place. It didn't look like they were actually hiring. He never asked me any data science question. Waste of my precious time.

Question 1
Mostly basic insurance questions typical of insurance sales or underwriting interviews.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Coalition in May 2023
Interview
I was contacted by Coalition via Linkedin. I did a first interview about my previous experience, everything went normal until I asked for the salary range of the offer. I was offered 65k+ benefits, however the salary range on the job offer was 125k-200k. When confronted the recruited replied it was because of the USD - Euro difference (I would be working from Europe and never said I would prefer to be payed in Euro), and would look into it. Never replied about this. Only a person was working from Europe out of a team of around 10 people.
