It was a pretty informal interview. You sit down with 2 nurse managers and they ask you a series of questions related to how you would deal with certain situations.

The interview process was online Microsoft Teams with HR and the hiring manager. They took turns asking questions about past experiences and scenario questions. Took about 30 mins total including introduction, and time for my questions I had too.

Short with many questions about "What would you do if....". Follow-up to interview very confusing whereby interviewers used slang and short-forms that were company specific but I was able to navigate this after requesting clarification.
