Interview
This company has four individuals interviewing you at the same time and feels like an intense interrogation. They ask a variety of questions along with inappropriate questions. After the interview they follow up with an assessment to see if your a good fit for the job and they do not follow up besides declining with no reasons as to why. This is a white made organization no minorities in sight so if you are Hispanic such as myself or African American I wouldn't apply you will get the run around.
