I applied for the job online on another job board. Even though it said it required two letters of recommendation and an Associates degree only the degree was required. I got an interview two days later. When I got there the Site Supervisor told me the ASPC job was already filled, but asked if I wanted to apply as an instructor. I agreed, and was given a sheet with all the questions I'd be asked. Since I had prior experience it was relatively easy. Questions were such as "tell me about yourself?', "how would you deal with a student who hit another student?", "how would you create a fun lesson plan?", etc. Then I was asked if I had any questions, to which I asked what the After School Program was really about to which I didn't get a clear answer. I was then told the job was Contracted.
