I was only scheduled for the phone screen "interview".
First time I scheduled it, no one called me at the appointed time. I reached out to the recruiter through email and LinkedIn with no response. I contacted her again a week later and she just sent me a link to fill another application.
I decided to try it out again, and the same thing happened except this time I emailed her with my phone number and I got a call. She was incredibly unorganized and kept complaining about the computer.
Then she asked me generic questions such as my history, a few skills on a scale of 1-10, and told me a little about the company.
Overall it was a waste of time. I won't even bother checking in on the application. It seems like a minimal-effort type of company.
Three rounds of interviews. One with hr that was just an introduction. One with an engineer that was a technical interview. Then one with a manager that was both a technical and behavioral interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Codazen (Irvine, CA) in Sept 2022
