Very straightforward. Mostly asked about my previous childcare experience and comfort with different programming languages. Also had some standard behavioural questions, like how I would handle certain situations relevant to the role.
It was very simple with the fact I had previous experience at a similar location. I was able to share my background experience according to their needs. I now have been working there since 2020.
Two different interviews, Had one over the phone or Zoom, and one in person. They had really light questions, and no proper coding test since this is primarily a tutoring and teaching job.
