My interview process consisted of a video submission and three separate zoom calls with friendly an assortment of friendly, people who were genuinely interested in my story and my work. I'm grateful that I was able to demonstrate my programming knowledge through displaying and talking through my projects (as opposed to algorithmic questions). To be honest, I found this interview process to be fun, because I was asked about things that I genuinely find interesting. The folks I dealt with were great and did a great job at keeping me abreast of where I was in the process.
