Horrible! Lengthy over many weeks.. Multiple sessions asking the same question but from different roles within the company. Horrible assessment where they actually have you do part of their work in place of standardized tests or online screening questions. Then once they put you through the ringer, they tell you that you are chosen, make a verbal offer, give you a start date, invite you to the company holiday party with a save the date, and then ghost you for weeks. You literally have to beg them and the recruiters to find out if you actually will be starting to work because you never hear from them again. Come to find out, that's their hiring process... they make mulitple offers to many different folks and only take one in while ghosting the others.
