Interview
I had a shift with the team in the kitchen in which my readiness, speed, character, and other skills were assessed. Then I had a talk with the head chef who wanted to know me better (availability, etc).

For instance I was asked whether I am very busy or I can come to replace the staff for short shifts (This happened more than 3 years ago)
