Interviewer called me and scheduled my interview for Technical lead, I was doubtful at first because I had only 3.9yrs of exp. Still she scheduled my first round and I aced that round. Got a call for last round which was scheduled on Sunday. Which I gave really well and on next day got a mail that your application has been droped. HR never picks my call or calls me back. I would recommend to avoid this company at any cost. Wasted my time.

Interview
I had a total of 5 rounds: 2 virtual rounds from Coforge, followed by 1 client technical round, then another client techno-managerial round. Later, they asked me to attend a final in-person face-to-face technical interview. They made me write on a whiteboard and subjected me to deep grilling again. After thorough follow-ups with the HR, he concluded that they didn't find my profile convincing. Why so much harassment? You could have just said that after the first round. Why take 5 rounds and then, even while I was writing on the whiteboard in front of them, the client claimed I was using AI? What kind of way is this to say no?

The interview was taken by someone who is 1 year old in a company and that is a big red flag, as soon as I joined I knew it that guy asking me questions and reading from a script and the interview went well I could have been more precise answers and maybe I lacked. But the HR kept stressing about Snowflake and in interview they were asking some basic questions. And interview ended 14:21 and I got email for reject at 14:22. So yeah it was a complete waste of time
