The process was fine but the interviewers were nasty!
All of them made me feel like they were superior and knew it all! If that were the case, why did hire new (read less intelligent) people?
One of the rounds was going to be a Skype Face-to-Face round in which the interviewer declined to turn on the camera on his side- this is so disrespectful for the other person- may be NIIT needs to convey to its employees that it is NOT a police interrogation where you have one side mirror!
He started off with mentioning the areas I did not do well in the first round and grilled me on that-knowing I wasn't good at it- only to my wonder as to why once he already knew I wasn't good at it!
He also went on the same lines as the first interviewer- bragging about how much he knows and how little I do!
The HR panel was discourteous- both, what they said and the way they said.
NIIT does not understand that there is something called a personal and private boundary and they ask all sort of questions that do not have to do anything with a sane hiring process.
