Interview
One interview with the CTO. He was sitted front in a huge office, and the we started talking about my background, what I did, what tools that I used, normal questions. After that, he asked me what I knew about assistant and semantics.
Then he told me there are lots of things to do there, many areas for improves.
Nothing that he told in that moment has changed. Everything continues like the first day.
Management doesn't care improves process, only selling.
