Interview
1) Recruiter/Trusted Advisor contacted me for position and first interview;
2) Accounting Software skills assessment;
3) This Consultant conducted a second interview for technical accounting matters;
4) Company interview started late, saw the previous candidate leaving, met with 4 different people, last with the owners. One owner tried discussing technical accounting matters and had no idea what she was stating.

Interview
First interview went great. The male co-founder was very friendly, however the female co-founder was not as friendly. She was a bit cold and the interview didn't go as well with her. Very offended after I went through the process and I never even heard back from the company after my second interview to let me know they filled the position. Not very professional.
