Interview was pretty straight forward, one technical meeting that took around one hour with some theory and one simple task (using google was allowed, you jist had to solve this as you would in actual job)
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cognitran (Basildon, East of England, England)
Interview
A very interesting interview process via two remote interviews.
The programming challenges were a mixture of coding and logic.
A logic test was given which could have been made clearer but eventually solved it.
The people interviewing were very nice and seemed people I could have worked with.
I didn't progress this further but that was nothing to do with Cognitran.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cognitran (Hatfield Peverel, England)
Interview
It was a general interview by two senior members, we discussed the technologies I worked with and what they were using in the company (mainly struts and ejb's)
The interview was followed by an easy test in paper
