Interview was pretty straight forward, one technical meeting that took around one hour with some theory and one simple task (using google was allowed, you jist had to solve this as you would in actual job)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognitran
Interview
A verbal interview that focused on my knowledge of Java, along with my understanding of system architecture and current trends and technologies. I skipped the next step and was then asked to attend a technical assessment where I was asked to build and run a project and to modify random portions in it.

Question 1
If you need to notify other systems or trigger something based on an activity in your system, what would be the best process/architecture to follow for that?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognitran (Birmingham, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
via Agency - initial informal interview with agent, then some pre-reading sent for the role. Interview itself was one stage, fairly detailed and friendly, remote. I was offered the role for which I accepted depending on the contract, however before I had opportunity to digest and read the contract details the offer was pulled. Draft contract provided late afternoon on one day and withdrawn the following morning, considering I work full time already and have personal commitments, its not something I wished to rush but the expectation was to give a 100% acceptance. Rather odd.
