Initial discussion was very quick, and then the interview itself slightly delayed. Communication was great throughout until the end, then ghosted despite offering to respond by a certain time. If a candidate isn't suitable for the role, its ok to advise. Candidates may equally not feel the role is for them. Shared feedback is important to both parties.
