Collectivus interview questions

Overall, my interview experience was okay. I went through three rounds, including an initial call with the recruiter. The recruiter was communicative early in the process, and the interviews themselves were positive. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. My interviews were rescheduled multiple times, which made the process feel a bit disorganized. After the third round, communication also dropped off, and I had to follow up several times before receiving an update. I completely understand not being selected for the role, but the overall experience could have been more seamless and consistent from a communication and scheduling perspective. Improving communication and keeping candidates informed throughout the process, especially in later stages, would create a more positive experience.
