Fair and thorough. The panel consisted of people from various sections ranging from operations, finance and sales. The questions asked were relevant to the role the organisation wanted to recruit. The team also explained why they wanted the role to be filled and the core competencies that the desired candidate had to have and what they expected from the successful candidate who would eventually fill the role.
