      Bartender Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience

      I interviewed at Colony Grill

      Interview

One on one In person sit down with the general manager. Went over previous experience, but very focused on willingness to do stuff ‘the colony way.’ Great for customer-is-always-right centered business model. Focused on your connections to current employees and mutual references. Definitely looking for the right ‘look’ and attitude not experience or skills.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you handle a customer who says their order is wrong despite you knowing they didn’t order what they claim?
