After being screened during the 1st telephone interview by HR, i was invited to come on site to meet with the hiring manager (Market Director for New York). The interviewer was well spoken, motivated and had the right vision for ihs organization. Initially this was an opportunity for a novice, but once he understood my background the opportunity changed to that of management.

We did a sales role playing exercise to get the customer to share their needs, which would then allow me to pinpoint the products to sell.
I met in my person with the local sales leader, discussed the process and whether or not I felt like I could sell the product. I thought it was a simple process that was very beneficial.

Easy interview with a nice interviewer!! They asked direct questions but still tried to make me feel at home in the process. They were a little low on the salary i was looking to make.

I had a phone interview with the district manager through an employee referral. I was asked a series of questions about my experience as an insurance producer, my current employer, and skills and training I may have had while employed. I was then asked if I would like to make money while helping others, and when I would be available for a ride along with another agent.
