I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Combined Insurance (Marietta, GA) in Apr 2016
Interview
There is a sales opportunity meeting in the local office. You have the chance to meet other representatives who can share their experiences in addition to learning about the benefits offered by Combined. They tell you step-by-step the hiring and onboarding process. If you are found to be a good fit for the opportunity and you decide you also want to move forward, you were scheduled to have a field demonstration with another agent who will show you exactly what the position entails, from every angle. You know up front if the position is a good fit for you before you decide whether or not you want to move forward with the process. After the demonstration, a second interview is held where you are given the detailed compensation package and a hiring decision is made and if you are offered a position, it is contingent on a background check, licensing and other HR requirements.
Was good cause they were easy to talk to and seemed real motivated. Would recommend to anyone. Could be what I’ve been looking for for a long time. I will update my review once I learn more.
