I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Comcast (Enfield, CT) in Feb 2012
Interview
Pretty intensive. Had p. hone interview, took assessment tests remotely, then was called for a face-to-face interview. Had 40 others in the room and was asked individually different scnarios and how you would handle them. Had a 30 minute break and they let about 25 leave. The rest they interviewed individually. Asked scenario questions, (what was a situation where you overcame an objection, etc). Was called 3 days later and hired.

Question 1
Will you get bored with this as you have never been an agent and there is no travel or out of office responsibilities.
The interview was easy, just have to speak on how you're motivated to make money. It's a sales position and they really want to hear that you like making money
