After this they proceed to ask basic questions about how you overcame objections in sales environment, just the typical type generic questions. Nothing different or that strange. Then they schedule an interview with two different supervisors and I didn't find anything about the specific questions asked to be unusual. I would say that it is your overall demeanor and enthusiasm and evidence of drive for excelling that is what is really being evaluated at this point. Your ability to build rapport very quickly with strangers, because if you got to this point you are obviously already qualified on paper, but you need to have a good outgoing personality and be able to overcome challenges.
