I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Phone interview with the recruiting manager was standard and mostly easy. Got an e-mail a few days later to do an in person interview. No assessments were given. The in person interview was fairly average in difficulty with standard questions.
Three rounds of interviews. Including HR and then two serious ones. One was with direct manager. Other with director. In general they just asked me questions about my expertise in the industry. I knew a lot about advertising and that helped
First a phone call interview, then a video interview with 2 separate managers, then a group interview with other candidates. Overall the process was not horrible but I recommend you do your research about the company and its competitors first and use the STAR method for your responses.
