Interview
Went very smooth, got a phone call with instructions to take assessments. Then got a phone interview, bout a week after that a Face to Face interview. Got the job offer a week later and start in 2 weeks.

Any Personal experience dealing with a unhappy customer
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Layton, UT) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied online on their website and I got an email within a week asking to schedule a phone interview then got an email back the next day basically saying that I was rejected.
(Make sure to include your work history on your resume and not just on their online application because the interviewer was consfused as to why it wasn't on the resume.)
Got called for interview, sat in room with others and they talked to us about company. Then we did one on one and they put some of us in a room for a second and some went home. I had a second and it went great. I really wanted this job and they felt my excitment. It was 3 weeks until I got a response of an offer. I am guessing it was cause holidays. From interview was on Dec 14 and got a call Jan 5. Now I am going thru screening.
